Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex programs and ensure successful delivery of defined outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project delivery using appropriate methodologies to achieve intended outcomes
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and manage relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Lead program teams, define program vision, and manage resources and budgets effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years related work experience, with at least 5 years in a project management role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Expanded knowledge of project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• PMP and Scrum certifications are desired
