Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs involving multiple systems and business teams
• Act as the bridge between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, workflows, and priorities
• Drive clarity across interdependent work streams including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testing

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments while managing broader program delivery
• Proven ability to lead complex implementations that span both technical systems and operational processes
• CSM, PMP, or similar certification
• Experience in media, agency or similarly complex operational environments
