Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with customers to define project requirements and develop work plans
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle while managing costs and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; MS or MBA preferred
• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level 2
• 15 or more years of Program/Project Management experience
• In-depth knowledge of US Military and Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Experience in Ground/Flight Test Operations and Subcontractor management preferred
