Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, DSPM GTM.

Key Responsibilities

Own DSPM GTM program execution, ensuring clear milestones and delivery against business goals
Diagnose bottlenecks and coordinate fixes across teams to maintain momentum
Create and maintain a single source of truth for DSPM metrics and automate reporting processes

Required Qualifications

8+ years in program management, GTM operations, or equivalent cross-functional leadership roles
Ability to lead through influence across multiple functions and senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to connect signals and define KPIs
Proven track record of delivering outcomes from ambiguous problems
Experience operating with executive presence in senior forums
