Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Systems Architecture & Demand Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design future state services operating platform and service orchestration models
• Establish standardized demand signals and intelligent routing logic for work orders
• Enable a hybrid technician network and develop frameworks for onboarding and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of experience in operations strategy or systems design
• Experience in designing end-to-end operating models across distributed environments
• Background in operations, field services, logistics, or supply chain platforms, preferably with Fleet Management experience
• Strong analytical skills related to unit economics and ROI
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex concepts effectively
