Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify growth opportunities through data analysis and modeling
• Own and develop key Rhythm of Business reporting to inform leadership decisions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with various teams to define scope and drive execution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and model building
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and initiatives
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Familiarity with BI tools and experience with SQL or large datasets is a plus
