Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee Facilities Management programs and lead a team of Program Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing Facilities Management programs and identify operational scopes for programmatic management
- Develop and maintain documentation standards and communication practices for the Facilities Management team
- Lead the Learning & Development program and oversee project documentation and asset handoff processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in developing practices and procedures for Facilities Management teams
- Interest in organization, process mapping, and training
- Experience in managing teams and supplier management
