Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead key engineering initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans based on guidance from management and senior technical staff
• Scope technical feasibility of new products by analyzing requirements with architects and engineers
• Establish and maintain program management artifacts including timelines, budgets, and quality KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
• Formal Project Management education, with PMP certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of technical program management and experience delivering complex software/hardware programs
• Experience with resource planning and risk management in engineering development
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence
