Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Growth & Capital Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards, coordinating with project managers and ensuring accountability for project success
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders, providing guidance and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs
• Proven experience with facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives such as site builds and expansions
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
• Demonstrated expertise in applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycle
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives
