Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead readiness planning and content execution for a strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program/project management lead, aligning priorities and expectations with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and status reporting, while managing risks and recommendations
• Create and coordinate program communications and content deliverables, ensuring timely execution of readiness activities and launches

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in readiness or content-heavy initiatives
• Previous experience working with Microsoft or as a vendor/partner is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Experience with project management tools and structured planning; agile experience is a plus
