Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead readiness planning and content execution for a strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program/project management lead, aligning priorities and expectations with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and status reporting, while managing risks and recommendations
• Create and coordinate program communications and content deliverables in partnership with subject matter experts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience, preferably in content-heavy initiatives
• Previous experience with Microsoft as a vendor/partner is required
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to build professional relationships with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Comfortable with project management tools and structured planning; agile experience is a plus
