Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Customer Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and run the program management operating system including governance frameworks and decision rights
- Coordinate delivery teams and manage stakeholder alignment to ensure timely execution and eliminate blockers
- Translate multi-workstream status into executive-ready reports and manage communication with C-suite stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs in strategy consulting
- Experience in establishing governance for multiple concurrent workstreams and communicating with executives
- Ability to influence and drive change across matrixed organizations affecting large user bases
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or core workflows
- Operational discipline with a startup mentality, thriving in ambiguity and focusing on execution
