Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Customer Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and run the program management operating system including governance frameworks and decision rights
  • Coordinate delivery teams and manage stakeholder alignment to ensure timely execution and eliminate blockers
  • Translate multi-workstream status into executive-ready reports and manage communication with C-suite stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs in strategy consulting
  • Experience in establishing governance for multiple concurrent workstreams and communicating with executives
  • Ability to influence and drive change across matrixed organizations affecting large user bases
  • Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or core workflows
  • Operational discipline with a startup mentality, thriving in ambiguity and focusing on execution
