Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a technology-related change rollout within a Stores-facing HR program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and business impact
• Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges while fostering clear communication and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications like PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience, preferably in the Retail Technology space
• Experience interfacing with external customers, partners, and vendors for project delivery
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks
• Experience with tools like Jira and Aha! is a plus
