Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for a technology-related change rollout within a Stores-facing HR program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to define success criteria and business impact
• Ensure comprehensive project planning, including budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams through project challenges, fostering clear communication and collaborative problem-solving

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience, preferably in the Retail Technology space
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban
• Experience interfacing with external customers, partners, and vendors for project delivery
• Advanced certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus
