Job Summary

• Own the design, rollout, and adoption of core sales culture initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, Chief of Staff functions, sales enablement, or senior program operations
• Demonstrated ability to structure and execute ambiguous executive-level priorities
• Exceptional slide craft and visual thinking skills
• Strong emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
