Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage integrated project plans for a multi-year AI transformation agenda
• Coordinate delivery phases for AI agents and intelligent workflows
• Establish program governance, reporting, and executive level updates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior project or program management experience in enterprise transformation
• Proven delivery of AI, automation, or complex digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery in regulated enterprise environments
• Experience working with HR, shared services, or employee-facing platforms strongly preferred
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
