Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Research Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with researchers to strategize and execute recruiting for research projects
Build and manage participant panels and develop recruiting strategies for research activities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of at least 7 years in a customer-facing or research/UX operations role
5 years of direct research experience
Experience coordinating multiple fast-moving projects of varying complexity
Familiarity with User Testing, Qualtrics, and other research platforms
