Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - SSA to lead complex federal programs in health data and social services delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for federal health and social services contracts across multi-jurisdictional environments
• Manage program dimensions including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder relationships
• Oversee operational workflows ensuring compliance with service level agreements across all delivery channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public health, health informatics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in federal health or social services programs
• Experience managing programs involving medical records collection and health data processing
• Familiarity with federal health IT systems and data privacy requirements
• PMP certification preferred
