Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for Marketing-focused M&A integrations and strategic transformation programs
• Build comprehensive integration plans and track risks, dependencies, and decision logs throughout the integration lifecycle
• Leverage AI tools to enhance program management workflows and coach cross-functional teams on AI-native methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 12+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management, Strategic Operations, M&A Integration, or Marketing Operations
• 5+ years managing large, cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success in driving marketing programs or M&A integrations to measurable business outcomes
• Proficiency with AI-enabled workflows and tools used in day-to-day execution
