Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact cross-functional programs that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, lead, and deliver cross-functional, company-wide strategic initiatives with executive visibility
• Establish and evolve program governance models, ensuring structured execution, milestone tracking, and success measurement
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities, dependencies, and resources to achieve program goals

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
• PMP or PgMP preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational alignment
• Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching program teams
• Deep expertise in PMIS tools, with Asana preferred
