Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Program Management to lead cross-functional delivery of fast charging infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a disciplined operating cadence to meet contractual commitments and revenue goals
• Develop and cultivate partner relationships to achieve shared strategic goals
• Manage forecasting and proactively address risks related to cost, schedule, and relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or 5 years with a PhD
• Experience managing large portfolios with numerous concurrent projects
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project delivery processes
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with project portfolio management tools
