Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent Development Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and scale the Mission Readiness Experience (MRE) talent development program
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship
• Oversee the full participant lifecycle and track program KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or workforce development
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to design structured learning or development programs
• Agility and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
