Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Program Management & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level programs, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Drive transformation initiatives, including process redesign and operational improvements across diverse teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and translating complex information into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs
• Strong transformation acumen with hands-on experience in solution design and organizational change
• Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Expertise with program management and planning tools, as well as workflow and BI tools
• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
