Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Customer & Operator Insights program, synthesizing signals into clear priorities
• Build a repeatable process to turn fragmented inputs into prioritized opportunities
• Establish closed-loop measurement to assess impact and support continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or related roles
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of program and change management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Waterfall)
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus
