Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, building systems and workflows, and partnering with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program management of complex initiatives from planning to delivery
• Develop and maintain systems, templates, and workflows to structure fast-changing work
• Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
• Exposure to M&A processes or related work
• Ability to effectively bring together cross-functional teams for project execution
• Strong systems thinking and capability to navigate ambiguity
