Job Summary

Senior Program Manager, responsible for strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached and manage budget for maximum productivity
• Create and maintain executive level program reporting, scorecards, and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years in an advanced management role, preferably with leadership level program management experience
• PMP or PPM certifications preferred
• Expert working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software preferred
• Proven proposal writing experience preferred
