Job Summary

Senior Program Manager, a remote full-time position responsible for managing program performance, cultivating customer relationships, and leading project delivery while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects, ensuring technical, contractual, and financial success
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive project innovation
• Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies while managing team performance and development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, with substitutions allowed for education
• 5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certification
• Agile certification required (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)
• Prior experience in government or government contracting
