Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Senior Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level growth programs, including new site builds and expansions, while ensuring alignment with product launch timelines and applying PMI standards for project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure project requirements and customer needs are clearly defined and translated into executable plans
• Develop and manage integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional enterprise-level programs
• Proven experience in delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive initiatives
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
• Demonstrated expertise in applying PMI standards across the project lifecycle
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives
