Job Summary

Senior Program Manager, a full-time position responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex programs by collaborating with state education agencies and cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and documents project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with state education department leadership
• Anticipates risks and develops mitigation strategies while managing project tasks and responsibilities among team members
• Conducts project post-implementation meetings to document outcomes and ensures lessons learned are applied to future projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of relevant experience in a Program Management or related role required
• Experience working directly with senior-level clients, government stakeholders, and educators required
• Experience in large-scale assessment or SaaS organization preferred
• PMP certification highly preferred
