Job Summary

Senior Program Manager, this full-time position involves leading program execution and product development within a technology-focused environment, ensuring the successful translation of problem statements into production solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous problem statements into scoped workstreams and drive them to shipped solutions
• Run program governance activities including status updates, portfolio reviews, and planning sessions
• Manage milestone plans, resource allocation, and risk/change management processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in technology or insurance sectors
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs with executive visibility
• Experience in product ownership and understanding of product development cycles
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification
• Experience coordinating offshore or globally distributed teams
