Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, AI-enabled commercial technology programs on the Salesforce platform, the full-time Senior Program Manager will ensure on-time and on-budget execution while delivering measurable business value and building internal capabilities for long-term independence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated program delivery across business, IS, data, platform, and external partner workstreams using Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Drive governance and executive communication, preparing and presenting updates, risk escalations, and value readouts to VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Manage external consulting partners and oversee the integrated resource plan, including capacity planning and onboarding

Required qualifications

• Proven program management experience leading complex, multi-vendor technology initiatives
• Strong expertise in Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including PI planning and sprint execution
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into clear, executive-ready communication
• Financial management experience, including budget oversight and outcome-based vendor models
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred
