Job Summary

To drive impactful community programs, the remote Senior Program Manager will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, translating insights into actionable strategies while enhancing user experiences and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs with high ambiguity and multiple priorities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience with leadership in complex, data-led programs
• Expert proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
