Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager for a full-time remote position who will manage portfolio and program practices, drive strategies and roadmaps, and enhance operational practices within the Digital Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and facilitate portfolio management governance, including idea intake and execution monitoring
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to ensure consistent delivery
• Design reporting practices and track schedules while assessing resource requirements for strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role, with a focus on Portfolio Management
• 5+ years in a digital technology industry role demonstrating technology proficiency
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing complex programs and designing executive-level dashboards
• Experience in a Program Management Office leadership role or relevant certification (PMP or Prince2)
• Master of Business Administration degree is a plus
