Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a complex merchandising program, the remote contract Senior Program Manager will oversee integration, implementation, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in business, technology, and vendor management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead program planning efforts and manage the delivery of defined value and outcomes for a large program or group of interdependent programs
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication across teams
• Manage identification of risks and issues, escalating as necessary, while implementing solutions to overcome challenges within program constraints

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in program management
• Over 6 years of managerial experience in planning and managing resources
• Extensive experience in leading complex programs and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of eCommerce, merchandising, and Agile methodologies
