Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale transformational projects, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will prioritize, implement, and optimize processes across the Sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program scoping, planning, and execution by collaborating with business stakeholders to improve customer and employee experiences
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align project objectives and coordinate stakeholders for successful outcomes
• Manage change initiatives within the Sales organization, ensuring teams are prepared and equipped for organizational changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year institution
• 6-8 years of experience in program management, management consulting, business operations, or strategy, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of launching transformational, cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience
• Strong program management skills with expertise in end-to-end delivery, including defining KPIs and reporting results
• Ability to quickly understand business priorities and derive insights from data to inform decisions
