Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex direct mail fundraising campaigns for a large non-profit organization, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee strategy, production, and analytics in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Managing program strategy, budgets, creative direction, and overall campaign development
• Coordinating the production process with printers, mail shops, and USPS
• Analyzing response data and drafting final campaign reports and presentations

Required qualifications

• At least five years of direct response fundraising experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with collaboration tools like Monday.com and Teams is a plus
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, both remotely and in person
