Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Marketing Analytics team, the remote contract Senior Program Manager will organize and lead multiple business-critical initiatives, leveraging 8-10 years of experience in managing large project teams and implementing strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple initiatives to enhance functional scalability within the Marketing Analytics team
• Utilize a diverse PM "toolbox" to manage project teams and ensure successful delivery against expected measures
• Engage in hands-on learning of subject matter and facilitate the production of deliverables while applying Change Management principles

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management
• Experience in technology-driven environments and large PMOs, with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven skills in Process Improvement and Change Management
• Familiarity with various PM tools and a high-level understanding of Jira
• Knowledge of Databricks and/or PowerBI is a plus
