Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the coordination and administration of implementation and custom development efforts, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will work with Enterprise clients to define feature requirements, manage project life cycles, and ensure successful software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise partners to determine feature set needs and gather functional and technical requirements
• Provide program management support for complex integration and custom development efforts while mentoring and training Program Managers
• Serve as the single point of contact between the Enterprise partner and internal teams, ensuring project status communication and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, project management, and/or software application development in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and technical services
• Experience in building financial software applications and working knowledge of financial planning concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
