Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex, technology-driven initiatives for federal clients, the full-time Senior Program Manager will own program delivery end-to-end, coordinate across teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contract requirements
• Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders, leading meetings and guiding decision-making while managing expectations and risks
• Coordinate across technical and functional teams to ensure timely execution, identifying risks and resolving issues impacting delivery

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management supporting technology-driven initiatives
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts and system architecture
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings and presenting updates
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a background investigation; DHS clearance with CBP/ICE or DoD Top-Secret preferred
