Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving alignment and execution across self-serve growth initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will coordinate high-priority programs, manage dependencies, and ensure cross-functional teams remain accountable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination across high-priority self-serve growth initiatives, including onboarding, activation, and monetization
• Build and maintain clear execution plans with timelines, owners, and dependencies across various teams
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into progress against self-serve OKRs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or a cross-functional ops role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team programs and driving alignment across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Strong influence skills with the ability to drive accountability across senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment
• Familiarity with PLG, self-serve growth, or B2B SaaS metrics is a strong plus
