Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the AI Factory Architecture Review Board process, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage the end-to-end governance of complex AI deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring deployment readiness in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the AI Factory ARB process from initial intake to pre-deployment handoff
• Coordinate with various teams to assess deployment preparedness and validate architecture for AI Factory solutions
• Manage ARB schedules, documentation, and executive reporting while improving governance processes and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or AI Factory deployment environments
• Experience in coordinating architecture reviews or deployment readiness assessments
• Working understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, and data center operations
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar tools for agile execution and risk management
