Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of project management processes, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager in the Marketing PMO will own project intake, prioritize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the PMO's central project intake processes, ensuring clarity in routing and scoping incoming workflows
• Drive prioritization discussions across competing initiatives, balancing leadership vision with execution capacity
• Lead change management and communications as the organization adopts new AI-enabled processes and tools

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Program and Project Management experience, particularly within a marketing organization
• Demonstrated success in adopting AI-driven solutions to automate processes and workflows
• Proven ability to make decisive prioritization calls amid ambiguity
• Expert proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, G Suite)
• Strong background in organizational change management and effective communication
