Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading early adoption and product readiness for new AI features, the full-time Senior Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Design, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth launches and customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products, defining goals and success criteria
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning and track issue resolution
• Serve as a central point of coordination across teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on design and customer use cases

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and customer-facing teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience running beta, pilot, or early access programs
• Background in AI, data-driven, or SaaS products is preferred
