Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-functional programs within Networks and Technology, the full-time Senior Program Manager will strategize and implement initiatives, oversee project teams, and manage budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached and develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvements
• Create and maintain executive-level program reporting, scorecards, and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience required
• At least 7 years of experience in program and team management
• PMP, PPM, or similar Program Management certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software is preferred
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with experience in stakeholder management
