Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing leadership for engineering and configuration support, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage operational activities, support procurement and staffing, and ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily activities and meetings with Government customers alongside the Program Director
• Perform risk management, identifying and mitigating risks, and provide program status reports to management and government officials
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW)

Required qualifications

• Minimum Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and IAT Level II certification
• 8+ years of experience in a DOD environment, preferably with the Army
• Proficiency in desktop programs such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio
• Experience managing projects across development lifecycles from analysis to implementation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements
