Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex initiatives in a remote contract role, the Senior Program Manager will manage large-scale global infrastructure and network projects within the banking industry, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program management functions, including scheduling, cost management, risk management, and communication plans
• Lead and coordinate Project Managers across multiple interdependent technology infrastructure upgrades
• Provide executive-level status reporting and facilitate working groups and steering committees to drive progress

Required qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure enterprise programs in a leadership role
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP or PgMP) preferred but not required
• Experience managing large teams of technical and non-technical consultants
• Strong background in banking or financial services environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
