Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration, including operations and client delivery
• Proven track record of owning business outcomes related to revenue, cost, and retention
• Experience leading complex programs across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong financial acumen and experience presenting to executive audiences
