Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Accenture Databricks Business Group, the full-time Senior Program Manager will design and implement a global operating framework, manage governance and portfolio oversight, and drive strategic investment programs to enhance collaboration between Databricks and Accenture.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and operationalize governance structures and delivery standards for joint initiatives
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view covering financial performance, delivery health, and risks
• Lead executive and operational meetings to drive decisions and ensure stakeholder alignment

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program/portfolio management or strategic investments in technology environments
• Proven track record in establishing governance and operating models in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
• Experience negotiating and closing binding contracts with partners, including GSIs and ISVs
• Strong technical understanding of the Databricks product portfolio and modern cloud/data architectures
• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus across organizations
