Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will ensure customer success and delivery excellence by managing end-to-end program execution, including defining objectives, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define program vision, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business strategy and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain an integrated program roadmap, ensuring alignment of milestones and delivery timelines
• Own delivery of complex programs, managing risks, issues, and recovery plans to maintain program health

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven experience in managing delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority
• Experience in technology, digital transformation, or enterprise software delivery
