Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic execution expert, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will track, measure, and prioritize key activities within the Global Life Sciences Activation & Adoption division, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Track and prioritize operational activities to maximize team impact and ensure measurable outcomes
• Manage executive communications and content creation, partnering with leadership to drive internal and external messaging
• Oversee the SVP's operating cadence, including scheduling and preparing materials for leadership meetings and reviews

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or Executive Strategy roles, preferably in the Enterprise Cloud or Life Sciences technology sector
• Proven ability to establish operational rhythms and measurement systems for cross-functional teams
• Experience managing executive communications and producing high-quality content
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and tools is a strong plus
